"Prayer & Praise Report: Please pray for a new Pastor & his family who have moved to a nearby town. Today the new Pastor is being ordained and my husband, a Pastor, is taking part in the ceremony. The weather report said it could be 100 degrees.

Prayer Request: Please pray for a Pastor's wife who has had major problems with her health for many years. She has recently reintensified her work with the medical professionals, with hopes of major improvement.

Gone to be with the Lord

God's blessings to family and friends of my dear friend, Carol, who went to be with the Lord today. Though I never "met" Carol in person, I think she was the closest friend I've had. Perhaps its because we had so many similarities, perhaps it was because on the internet its easier to be honest, even with our shortcomings. Whatever the reason, Carol knew me and my faults, and loved me anyway, for myself. I am so very thankful to have "met" her, and had her in my life for the past 6 years. My life will never be the same. I'm thankful the end of her suffering has come, and that she has entered Glory with our Savior. One day I will join her and we will finally share in person our friendship. Rest in peace, dear friend, I will miss you.

Prayers for Carol, prayer network partner and friend, battling lung infection, difficulty with breathing and other staph infections. Her condition is grave and is in need of prayers.

For Stefan

A request from a friend, "Stefan, has been diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) a subtype T-cell ....Things are not looking very well right now and he may only have a short time to live. "

I Remember

It was a morning like this, warm, clear and "normal". But it was this day, four years ago, the world changed. Today I spend time thinking, and praying, that I can learn from this change, and go on in God's work as He would want me to.
